My account is linked and secured, but I am unable to login to it

So it just loads, doesn't show the option to enter email & password for login
May I know, Is your account binded to your Moonton account only? If your account have binded to other social platforms such as Google play, fb, vk then you can use it temporarily and if not, please complete the tutorial first with a new account and then try switching account again on new account settings after completing the tutorial
Also, have you tried clearing cache or have completely downloaded resources in game or refreshed the app? If you have tried all of these and the problem still exists, I need to collect some information:
1. Your ID
2. Your Server ID
3. Your Device
4. Your game version (it is located on the loading screen in the top right corner with "current version")
