Lou Yi skill bug?

Hi,
Lou Yi's 1st skill (Dispersion) when I would release it in the bush, Yin Yang isn't applied to the enemies. I encountered this bug several times. Also, (this I'm not sure) the skill doesn't do damage if the enemy is in the bush. Their hp is the same and the animation of skill just looks like it passed the bush but not hit the enemy.

It could only mean that the enemy simply avoided the skill. Do you have a video or a replay of this situation so we can confirm if it is a bug or not?

Hi. Thanks for the reply. After testing and really looking into it, yin yang passive is applied. However, even though the enemy has been hit it doesn't reveal their location in the bush and they stay hidden. i attached a sample video

As you can see, as Lou Yi I won't be able to detect the enemy using Dispersion if they are in the bush.
