Strange bug or problem of my device in late July (during PHASE 1)

I was one of those players to take part of PHASE 1 and, on 28 July, I had a bug or a problem due to age of my device (it's over 3 years old): in my device the timer was always fixed at "00:00", every hero of my team was always immobile at the base, the ping was high, but fixed at 283 ms, I wasn't able to buy items, to move my hero (in that match I was using Kimmy), to activate skills, to attack, to use spells and to communicate with my teammates. I was only able to move the camera towards other zones of the map, without giving informations about enemies, minions and monsters.
I was the only player to have that bug/problem, while other players hadn't problems at playing that match and according to them, I was able to buy items, to move (with Kimmy) and to attack (in addition, enemies killed me once).
I had waited for several minutes, then I closed the application, later I reopened and finally that match was finished with a defeat (and my reputation came down).
I've never had any problems/bugs (except for lags) like that before that match (and I played more than 1000 matches before that one).
It was my first and only match of that evening (started at 21:59 of European time and my device was recharching).
After that match, I played only ravage mode (it's funny and I hadn't problems), trainings and custom matches with bots.
My device is an iPhone 7 (with 32 Gb).

From what I see, you're in a cross-server match. Are you playing with a friend in this match? Your match is somehow based on Indonesia.

No, I played that match in solo queue and there were 4 Polishes players (Indonesia has flag with inverted colors).
