Please fix this!!!

Good day! I just want to consult my problem when it comes to the peak of my ping because every time that I used our wifi at home, which is in the ConvergeICT-ZTE modem, it's always 30ms or 120ms. But then when I used another wifi connection that is ConvergeICT-Huawei modem, it is 3-5 ms?

And also, when the wifi I used is ConvergeICT-ZTE modem, I am always mixed with the Indonesians, but I never experienced that whenever I used other wifi. All of us at home experienced these problems when it comes to the ping of 30ms to 120ms and being mixed with the Indonesians on the game.

I hope you can help me resolve these issues.

The game client version is located on the loading screen when you open the application.

If you have two Wi-Fi and the other Wi-Fi works better, why not use the Wi-Fi that has a better ping than the one that made you lag and paired with Indonesians? I mean Indonesia and Philippines is only two hours apart in a travel by airplane. It’s normal to be paired by people in different countries because they’re in the same region.

Also you must be having the best Wi-Fi in the world to be having only a 3-5 ma in-game because I never do, I’m alwayd between 30-60ms for normal ping.
Try resetting your router or getting a new IP to see if it helps.

Hi, thanks for reminding me to read Bug Report Guide.

I can't use the wifi with good ping because it is located 31 miles away from me during weekdays. And yes, it is normal to be mixed with Indonesians in-game because, just like you said, we are in the same region, but in my case, I am ALWAYS mixed with the Indonesians, which is unusual for me because it doesn't happen to me before and whenever I am connected in a different modem. And almost all of us who are playing mobile legends that are connected to our home wifi is experiencing the same issues.
Edit: btw, the good wifi were talking has 25mbps only while ours have 75mbps.

what time do you play the game ?
i also get 120 ping spike, but it is only when i play at the evening and night (7pm-1am)
but in the morning, noon (7am-5pm) my ping is very stable and good, 19-29 ms
dont play at night between 8-10 pm, because that time is the busiest time.
many people play game/streaming video/etc, so the traffic is congested.

i usually play rank at the noon, and only play classic in the evening

Hi! Thanks for your suggestion but as i've said, always. Even if in the afternoon or evening, I still have the problem.
