Just note that in ML there's a very slim chance of being paired with good players because most players are kids. In draft pick if you got annoyed (because of autolock players) and tired of adjusting all the time, instead of playing tank choose a hero that you think would counter the enemy heroes or heroes that can semi tank like Chou. In this way, you can carry the game because its really frustrating to support toxic teammates. Also, you have to know which heroes are good and bad. I bought Uranus though I don't like his play style but he is really useful in rank lol.
