I updated the game this morning and got 20 diamonds but when I entered the game this afternoon it wasn't 100% that I didn't buy anything. I am very kind to ask you to help as it would be important for me to get the 20 diamonds back. (Sorry if I put it wrong but I write with a translator because I only speak a little English)

We are sorry to hear that, the 20 dias sent were regarded as error/bug by moonton so they took it back and instead you'll be compensated with a fair reward.
I have more than 20 diamond loss on a bug and have reported my problem since MARCH. I communicated with a lot of moderators and one of moontoon team. And I did not get a single diamond back. I am so frustrated because I follow up this almost everyday and check the forum EVERYDAY just to get my diamonds back.. I am already furious and fcking stressed everyday because of this.
