When I logged into my account on 07.11, I saw that my account was banned, I don't know why. regarding account being banned please contact directly to in-game cs, use "Provide Assistance" option on the ban system notice of your account to file an appeal if you really didn't do anything that caused your account got banned

Please be patient, it may take more days even weeks which is unpredictable for cs to respond your problem, depending on the number of problems they are dealing with
