I did reported about that in the same day, i got answer from in-game support at next day. First time supporter "liza" didn't understand me and what i mean with "bug" (and drop), but then she has all understood and just said, that no matter what was dropped to me visually, system will give what she want, and i have to accept with thwt.
But i dont find its normal, when you visually won something, but system (game) can naturally give you what ever she want. It's bulshet, just not to give me that effect (nothing to do).
With this kind of logic, i can just now donate 10.000 cristals, visually win some legendary skin (or even buy), and system can give me what ever she want, ever if it will be some "elite" skin...which i have just to accept and shut up. Wtf is that?
I just cant understand, if this effect (arrow) stopped on this effect, then what's the problem to give me that shet?
And why all think, that bug was in arrow (visually)? Why cant bug be in result after drop? I mean 5 mini box, which i got instead of effect.
If in some day will drop me magic stone, but instead of him, system will give me some shet, support will again say, that bug was in visually effect, and i have to accept with shet that she gave me and shut up? O M G
The game and its developers are so miserable that even having won some miserable effect once every 100 years, they say that this is a bug and send me to hell. First they play for time, answering with a bot, and then they say that the train has already left ... haha ... It's just great! Keep it up!
And i cant understand you. What exactly you want as "proof"? You want every fk player to record theyr every fk draw in this game, or what? I did record what i got after draw, and you can see this in ~5 sek of video time. What the fk else can be proof as drop? Where the fk is logic of "support" of this game? I really cant understand...
Why didnt yoyr in-game support checked it, while we talked with them for more than 2 weeks? Why didn't they say you to check it?
Why should I report an issue somewhere in the ass of the world (on this forum) when there is damn in-game support? Well, what is this nonsense ??
What else you want from me? Why you think, that in-game support should be some bunch of stupid kids? I said "fk effect dropped to me" and gave for them fk video, where im looking at fk drop for 5 sek, and screenshot, what else should i say? How in THE WORLD CAN I RECORD MY DROP? HOOOOW? i schould record EVERY drop in this game or what? OTHERWISE ITS IMPOSSIBLE! Even stupid being schould understand, that i cannot have record of my drop, i can have video ONLY after my drop. This is just an fk event, im not spending some fk 100.000.000 dollars!
And i have one more question to you.
What the hell does it matter if this event is on or not? What are you going to check? See in the game logs that I was given 5 small boxes? THIS IS THE CASE THAT IT DOESN'T MATTER, no matter what system gives me the final winnings, I visually won a specific reward, which I MUST get, and let your system go to hell if it shows one thing and gives another. This is a bug, and you should deal with its solution, and not fart out of the blue and stall for time, then to justify the fact that the event is over ... WHAT THE FUCKING DIFFERENCE ???[/b]
This fk time of ecent was fone NOT BECAUSE OF ME, but because of your fk in-game support. Same stupid
No fk arrows pointing at me! Before and after event, same stupid answers that have nothing to do with the problem.
