I agree with you. I dont think this effect can really drop without some bug like this. Every event with fully rigged draw, and "free first chance to ein skin" is just a bulshet, because every time reward are same (useless shet + useless avatar frame). Thats why they didnt just give me that effect.

So far, the most pitiful company (game) I've ever seen and heard. With the poorest technical support, although it would be more correct to say - there is none at all.

After this, I will never trust this game for a single dollar. Or some day they will say "accept with final system result and shut the fk up, because no one care about you (player)". And thats what we did see in this situation. Very clear.

And yes, I would advise you to take off your rose-colored glasses and face the truth. There is no question of any compensation, and there will never be, never, I sincerely find it funny to watch your perfectly naive conversation, remembering that in-game support = bot with copy-paste. They found out about the mistake and confirmed it, but all that was said was that they would deal with it, and they never gave a damn about me (the player).

But just for you, I'll try your tactic.

They did hand me compensation when I addressed my issue in brief. And I received some tickets and fragments, well kinda worth it since they solved my issue and handed me the reward I was supposed to receive in an event.

Well... Now they saying, that arrow didnt stop at recall effect, but you can see it in first few second in video, which i gave them........

Well, the "last arrow"(as he mentioned) did land on somewhere else.

: he may be kinda right at the same time, its hard to tell whether you landed on the recall effect or not, since the video started from there and then you spun again and it landed on the trial card. Maybe also mention that it had already landed on recall before you spent your tokens in spinning again?

I said, that they can see it in video first ~5 sek, and all another video has nothing to do with this bug. I think, even kid can understand it and me.

If this one is as smart as the previous "liza", then i will have to poke his nose into the problem, throwing off screenshots with the default position of the arrow and its position for ~ 5 seconds. Tbis fk arrow cannot be in this position, if i before didnt won this fk effect. This is just logic for 2-3 year kid!

Since you were the only one having this issue(and no one else), it was hard for the cs person to acknowledge that this is a bug, the cs person kept thinking you were lying, he doesn't seem to want to change his depiction on the issue. Well when I had my issue, I wasn't the only one experiencing it, but in this case, you're the only one having this issue for this event. Indeed the blinded cs keeps having a different depiction than you have.

All for the sake of one recall effect, sad.

Well, they continuing ignoring me. Really the most stupid and greedy game development I've seen. Cant give ever 1 stupid useless  shet (effect), which is not much better than default one. Just facepalm... Such a bitches... Useless forum as much as in-game support. Just place to cry about theyr greedy and stupidly.
