There is a magic penetration item that can nullify upto 70 percentage of magic defense if hp of enemy mage is more than 70 percentage

No matter how much magic defense you have,  it will be penetrated easily

You need high hp to withstand mages.

That's why Hylos is good against mages. 14K hp is a little hard for mages to kill

Do not forget that the item automatically get 40% magic penetration if hp is not above 70% hp.

Has really? I am thought , you problem is opponent have been feedet, while you play with mask. Mage resist ant save you, when you have 10 lvl and 6k golds, while opponent has 15 and 10k gold. Or you just play againts sesilion on 30m.

In other hand - not a tank item is weak. Its mage items OP. Their can remove 70% of you resist and deal hight percent damage. But unlucky is not effective and no one do it.

You can always lock their support in early game if you can't lock their carry. Maybe it would help you out.
