I can't make a squad, even though I already have enough diamonds and also a sufficient level to make a squad.

Try changing the short name of the squad that you will make to another name, I think that's prohibited

Short name looks like a swear word or a censored word in the game, you could instead make it special characters to make it at least happen.

We have a rule that prohibits the talks of an another game unless it was a suggestion. I believe similar rule applies to Mobile Legends in-game, you can't make a squad short name on an another MOBA game.
