30 days ban for INAPROPRIATE CHATTING

I think the 30 day ban is legit.. just that reason displayed could be an error. Should not be trash talking but something else. Anyway, it’s ok to enjoy the downtime and take a break from the Land of Dawn...

It could be because that he actually did something against the rules that he's not telling you or someone is using his account without him knowing. Though, getting a 30d mute seems like he's been getting reported for chat toxicity countless of times or you're just too lucky that most of the players you trashtalk doesn't report you.

I remember getting punished for saying "Clear minions then fight", "play safe" as sending inappropriate messages

It doesn't matter what you type. If a trio reports you, you will be punished

So I avoid chatting these days

Toxicity is everywhere and many people complain about it, best thing to do is vent outside of the match not inside it, this way you can avoid punishment (not saying you should flame people outside the match btw. just say to a friend what happened that match and stuff)

Sadly, that's the flaw of the report system. Mass reporting always work...

no, its not a chatting ban, its a GAME BAN. He cant play the game for 30 days because of "inapropriate chatting" HE CANT PLAY.

its not a chat mute for 30 days, its a game ban; he cant play the game for 30 days (its been 20 already).
No, he didnt install anything. He wouldnt risk it because of how much money he has invested in the game in more than 3 years (about $500 dollars).
So maybe they said it was because of "inappropriate chatting" but when they answered him they said "there was some unusual data in your account" but didnt explain anything.

Was he able to ask CS regarding the issue to expand or expound it further? Sadly, the only way is to also ask them.

Banned for 30 days and cant play the game? Wow it is a happiness for me. I love knowing toxic chatty players got banned like that. Because i hate chat and always turn of all the chat feature in game, even playing with my friends. I wish it can be more than that 30 days.
