30 days ban for INAPROPRIATE CHATTING

he sent many emails. They replied after one week or more. They said it was a ban because of "uncommon data" in his account. Maybe they meant hacking. But they didnt explain anything.

It could be, but they wouldn't really ban or do anything if their system detected something weird in his account. Though, was he able to ask for an appeal or?

I am currently banned for the same reason. In my case, I have 26 days left.
I also contacted CS many times, but only automatic returns by AI. Even if humans reply, all of them are not good at English. I'm not good at English either, but at least I can understand it better than them.
They say I did modified progression illegally. Of course not! I don't cheat or hack. I also pay a lot of money and  I am a Starlight member. These are wasted with this banned.

30 ban day finished. He didnt hack, as i mentioned before he spends money every month in the game, he wouldn risk it.

yeah the 30 days ban coz of chatting is real and its so stupid.my friend got this also....only chatting get ban 30days u dumb or what china moooneytonnnn? it better using hack and get ban 30days coz of cheats rather SPAM chat u really dumb mooneyyyytonnnn china coz of this flaw issued i rather spam to cs and report all stupid spam chatting and make them pay AND U KNOW WHAT? I got banned for the same reason. But i just talk in the game, and got banned for 30 days.
Yeah im not a 0% toxic player but i cant believe this happends to me xD
i spend a lot of money in this game, and just got banned for nothing...

there is nothing you can do. You have to wait 30 days. The ban is a random ban, its not for chatting, they ban some players randomly and you have to wait for 30 days, thats is.

I noticed and uninstalled the game jaja.
no more money for moonton xd( i have 246 skins) really trashy and unfair system.
Maybe i will play in another time xd, whatever thx for nothing moonton.
