Matchmaking bug using for mmr/pts boosting rank

Hello, I check top global benedetta, and when I saw her games I was confused. 9 games rank in a row with same players, she top 1 global benedetta, and 2000 pts and got against nubs who lose to her team every game, I make screenshot, and I 100 percent see that it’s boost, and problem is not about boost, if to think it's not boost how they 9 times in a row got same enemy in rank so low (I think they exploit bug matchmaking to get same enemy, to boost pts/mmr).All screenshot and same topic make at reddit:

If you can’t give me any information through the bug report guide, then I have to tell you that I can’t do anything here. You can report this through customer service and it’ll be pretty much the same information needed through the bug report guide as well. I can’t just report a bug with no detail who is reporting the bug and what happened so developers can see.

U not check images? In every 8 games in a row, I upload this player face same enemy, and they pick non meta heroes, every game against 2k pts.
Problem I see is, need fix matchmaking. They facing same enemy in 5q and bosstinng pts/mmr.Need fix 5q matchmaking, don't let press ready after start (just start game when lobby start and found), so they can't dodge different enemy when found and not press ready.

If they dodge penalise, it's 5q, it's not duo trio, no need press ready if they start search.

Or make less mmr/pts for win with same enemy, so they not spam 5q for boost mmr/pts

Or if enemy’s mmr of heroes or pts of each player is low, and face 2k pts players, give that 2k pts players +1 for win, they will not spam boost.

If they found and want dodge to find 5q who they want to boost, can penalise all players for matchmaking for 5 min, is good for 5q, so they not spam it I think., if we don't want change system of pressing ready after start lobby.

8 matchmaking games rank in a row with one team, I played 10k games +, and I haven’t more then 4 in a row with one team, and this team was global rgn, I never play more then 2 game in a row with nabs in 5q.

This is possible if they use VPN and play in a server where there's not much players

But if he use vpn, his ping will be high and cant move?

not necessarily. With high speed internet you can play using VPN like a normal game

It looks like he is reporting a cheater not a bug

You guys should prepare a Cheater reporting guide for this
