Account Hacked. Need Help.

my account was hacked. the hacker is able to log into my account with my email address and password. I have tried to log out all devices but he is still able to log in. I have also tried changing password but no use. I have bind my facebook and vk account but he is still able to log in. he has played several ranked games. what should I do to prevent him from logging into my account?

Please contact MobileLegendsGame@email.com and tell them about your situation. As you have done a few steps necessary to try to remove him and it does not help, you would have to contact customer service and wait for a response.

Maybe someone playing in your device like your brother, sister, friends

Very unlikely as my phone is with me for 24 hours. The hacker is likely Indonesian as he added a few of his Indonesian friends.

Did you purchase that account from an Indonesian player ?

I saw a post about recovering hacked account. If you did not buy your account, it might help you

Purchasing accounts is a violation of Terms & Private Policy of Moonton and they will not be responsible for these account issues if the account was purchased, so do not assume any users' accounts was purchased...

I was just informing him account recovery is hard if he purchased it

If it is his own account then he can recover easily

I did state my account was hacked. If it is a purchased account then it is not hack but rather fraud or scam. The hacker nationality is likely Indonesian as he added his friends who are also Indonesian.

Please contact Customer Service for help, try provinng all necessary information related to accountz like when you created it or anything that will make them confident that you are the real owner of account.
