Voiceline, skill sounds

After the update some of my heroes don't have their voicelines at the hero selection or where the hero entrance is like gusion's, his voiceline "The perfect combination of might and magic" is not there.

And another scenario is when I use chou's 1st skill. The sound you can only hear is the 3rd phase of his 1st skill. I'm not sure if there are more heroes that have a sound problem.

I already tried reinstalling the game but the sound is still not there

can you provide the proof, record any heroes that you know who don't have the voiceline or their voiceline is incomplete
then post it here following our Bug Report Guide as well
