version mismatch advanced server

when i try to follow someone in advanced server it says "version mismatch cant interact with this player"

what to do to fix this problem?

Did you previously search for and follow them in public chat?

Is your app fully updated? If not, try updating it. If you still can't add them, I think it could be that their app was not updated and you can't add them because they are using an older version.

i have same problems, can;t even team up with some friends,
and i ask customer service in-game, he said that the updated adv server was different to some players
it still need time to fully updated to all players
