It's not fair if some MG didn't have Unique Passive for benefit except only increase Movement Speed and it can change to other item in late game compare with MG have Unique Passive. Let's see if MG have Unique Passive is more expensive then others:
MG have Unique Passive:
1. Warrior boots: 720 gold
2. Though boots: 700 gold
3. Demon shoes: 720 gold
4. Rapid boots: 850 gold
MG didn't have Unique Passive:
1. Magic shoes: 710 gold
2. Arcane boots: 690 gold
3. Swift boots: 710 gold
The price gap between the two types of MG is not much different except Rapid boots. Please add some MG a Unique Passive. Here some of my suggestion:
1. Magic shoes: Using skill hit enemy will reduce CD for 0.5%
2. Arcane boots: Every Magic DEF enemy increase 10 will increase 2 Magic PEN
3. Swift boots: Received Crit Dmg will increase 10% Attack Speed for 2 second
