I dont mind people texting me, if it distracts me i mute them.
For me trash is low skill feeders and afk, these 3 should be punished, EVEN IF THEY DONT DO IT ON PURPOSE (low skill)

But as you tell for some indea player opinion, trash is someone that pick Layla.

And they are thouthg that you troll and must be banned. I am not agree with them, but you also will be banned if devoloper ban all "trash" players, because collect so many reports as troll. You not think so?

Troll is not based on report from other players

Trolls are people who pick non expert heroes or low win rate heroes to make the team lose

Maybe you just must forbid to play a ranked before expert. I think it woud be better.

Exactly! It was so frustrating to play with a feeder and mid-game afk player!!! They need to be punished severely
