Survival stuck, game crash, no game menu and infinite survival loading

This evening, after a bad placement in survival, my teammate invited me again in survival. However, the game got stuck during the descent and then crashed. I logged successfully into game, but the loading for survival has become extremely slow (stationary and lower than 10%). I repeated the login procedure (I also turned off and later urned on my device) and the situation remained the same for about an hour and half (it resolved while I'm writing this topic, but that match wasn't added in chronology and I didn't lose credit points).
I wasn't able to pass/check game menu during those moments and I don't want to lose game progresses (I also obtained a limited time painted skin from starlight subscription) and rewards related to survival mode (I wish avatar board, while in web event, I'm >3500 points, but I haven't received yet the last reward). I'm also subscribed to crystals of aurora monthly pass, considering in grand collector event, it's possible to choose skins. If the problem was still not solved, I would have made the decision to interrupt that subscription (I need daily login to collect crystals of aurora).
I read on Reddit that there are players who had bugs similar to mine.
Device: iPhone 7.
OS: iOS 13.3.1.
Patch note: 1.5.62.
My device is almost 4 years old, its beta capacity is currently at 75% (I should replace battery) and since late December of the previous year, my touch id has problems (I'm not longer able to make screenshots and to log out though that button, however it's still able to recognize my fingerprints). Moreover contages in my country are increasing.

In addition, today it happened many times that I log out from the game in order to pass to the web event (on Safari) to invite players of my friendlist and when I return to the game, it remakes the login instead to access directly to the menu.

can you explain one by one in details and slowly, so that we can understand more clearly about your problems

1) Game got stuck during the descent of survival mode (duo queue).
2) Game crashed.
3) Successful login into game.
4) Extremely slow login into survival mode.
5) Repeated login into game more times and also turn off and turn on of the device, without solving step 4 (always extremely slow login into survival mode, always immediately after login into game and without the possibility to pass/check game menu).
6) Step 4 solved itself after about 1 hour and half, but match not added in chronology and no credit points loss.

I removed 2 preinstalled apps (about 2 GB) few days earlier that bug. I haven't other devices.
