[Payment-Contact Customer Service] Crystal of Aurora Subscription Payment Bug! PLEASE HELP!

My IGN is Zedrik, and my game ID is 60052657 and server id is 3079

I was always an avid Crystal of Aurora subscription customer, I found them pretty reliable and more efficient than recharging diamonds for less, I use these Auroras to spin Collector Showcases as I have already claimed two of them--Granger's Agent Z and Gusion's Night Owl.

As far as I can remember; the last time I acquired an Aurora subscription was January and halted my subscription there because my Auroras were plenty for a Collector skin spin. I postponed my subscription and my mode of payment that I use was my GCash to buy my Crystal of Aurora subscription -- my Gcash account wasn't loaded for months so as you can see, the subscription was unable to process.

March 27 around 3 PM, I loaded my GCash with a hefty amount that could last me during the imposed quarantine that should last for a week. Around March 28, 3:37 AM -- My GCash account automatically made a transaction with Mobile Legends, the Crystal of Aurora subscription which have been inactive for atleast two months now have resumed, I noticed this because a text message notified me of my purchase when I woke up, astounded.

I was thinking it was all right since I should probably start collecting Auroras because Night Owl drained my remaining Auroras that I had -- I opened my account and I was shocked that the Crystal of Aurora subscription wasn't active?

Due to my panic and confusion; I immediately contacted the customer service within the Mobile Legends application and we had an exchange where [GM Manatee], the customer service whom attempted to help me, at first, the helper stated my previous Crystal of Aurora subscription and said I had a new one and further stated that if my Crystal of Aurora subscription is not available after 24 hours, I should cancel and re-subscribe. I tried as stated but it did not work out, and 24 hours have passed since my initial GCash purchase/the time I asked for customer service and still, my subscription is nowhere to be found.

I tried again early morning, and got the same reply but this time I was told to wait a bit longer in the game lobby and that if I don't receive the item, I should contact Google Play customer services and ask for a refund to buy the item again.

So I did, I requested a refund with multiple reasons, such as accidental purchase and did not receive the purchased items. Google however turned down my refund request and said I wasn't able to comply with their refund policy which I should because this was still less than 48 hours and that all reasons were under the policy.

I badly need help, I have not received my Crystal of Aurora subscription and Google has turned me down and I don't know where to turn to :( My money went down the drain without me getting the thing I even unintentionally purchased for. Please help. :(

It is impossible to get your problems resolve here. They will just waste your time

I already reached out to their customer service several times and they are not even trying to understand the problem.

Try messaging their official FB page, you might get luck. I already did with my concern, they aren't even responding.. I also tried mailing mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com but all I get is an automated respond.

We just wasted our money

Hello, Customer Service now have a new email named mobilelegendsgame@moonton.com please try contacting them through this email. The old email can still be contacted, but you can try the new email.

Any updates on your concern? They have not refunded my diamonds, and now their starlight membership is problematic.
