Shenhun - Soul Musician
(神魂 / shenhun means Spirit)
Magic Damage/Guard
Description: A skilled zither player in Cadia Riverlands that plays solemn music in calm times, and plays warsong in war times. Shenhun was an excellent general that loves to play zither with his wife. One day, his wife disappeared. After countless failed searching, Shenhun was depressed and didn't have the strength to battle. Until his zither starts to glow in faint blue then switches to faint red after. Then Shenhun was surrounded by spirits that went to his zither. He believed that his wife was trapped in the zither forever. Shenhun gained his strength back, now uses a zither as his weapon.

Passive: Soul Dictate
Shenhun adjusts his zither for 0.5 seconds and shifts into two styles of music: War or Peace.
War Phase: Shenhun's skills will deal damage, he will gain 50(+5×Hero Level) of magic power.
Peace Phase: Shenhun's skills will grant heal and shield, he will gain 10(+5×Hero Level) physical and magic defense.

First Skill: Ancient Tune
CD: 10.0/9.5/9.0/8.5/8.0/7.5
Manacost: 100/130/160/190/210/240
Shenhun plays music that resonates to a certain range.

War Phase: Shenhun will play an anger music that resonates around him, damages the enemy for 150/200/250/300/350/400 (+75% Total Magic Power) magic damage and slowing them by 50% for 2 seconds.

Peace Phase: Shenhun will play solemn music, granting shield equal to 75/150/225/300/375/450 (+10% of target's max HP) and bonus +30% movement speed to himself and allies around him. Lasts for 2 seconds.

Second Skill: Spirit Call
CD: 4
Manacost: 100/125/150/175/200/225
Shenhun will strike his zither quickly, calling the spirits inside his zither.

War Phase: Shenhun fires 2 spirit bombs to an enemy, each spirit deals 100/120/140/160/180/200 (+50% Total Magic Power) magic damage and adds a mark to the target for 5 seconds. If the target was hit again while the mark is up, they will be slowed by 30% for 1 second. Has 4 charges, recharges 1 every 8 seconds. (Can be affected by cooldown reduction)

Peace Phase: Shenhun releases 2 healing spirits to an ally, each spirit heals them for 100/120/140/160/180/200 (+30% Total Magic Power). Grants Shenhun a shield for 50% of the heal amount each spirit. If an ally was hit, he will gain a shield 25% of the heal amount. Has 4 charges, recharges 1 every 10 seconds. (Can be affected by cooldown reduction)

Ultimate Skill: Oriental Destiny
CD: 50/40/30
Manacost: 500
Duration: 10 seconds

Shenhun will activate the power of the zither, striking the ground and releasing a ritual circle around him (he can still move) that grants buffs according to his style. The cooldown of his other 2 skills will be reset. Grants 10 stacks of souls, consumes 1 soul each second. Kills and assists will grant him 1 soul.

War Phase: Shenhun will release 5 flying swords around him every second, each sword deals 25/50/75 (+50% Total Magic Power) magic damage to the enemies (if hit multiple times, +2% damage per hit, max of +20%). The swords will linger for 2 seconds if there are no enemies nearby.

Peace Phase: Shenhun will be immune to basic attacks and reflect 75% of the damage of all basic attacks to the attacker, grants 50% damage reduction and +60% bonus movement speed to himself. If an ally steps inside the ritual circle, they will gain half of the damage reduction and movement speed.

Use Again: cancels the duration. The souls left will become Spirit Bombs or Healing Spirits, with each soul grants 2 Spirit Bombs or Healing Spirits which will be consumed every second, depending on the phase of the skill.

The concept is great and looks more better than the previous one.
Dont forget to submit it to our in-game CS as well (Suggestions regarding the game > Suggestion for Game Design > Form_Game Design Suggestion) the choose option of "Hero Concept" when Filling the form there.
