Hero Concept: Kage the Shadow Trickster

Please Note: The damage are not real and there are still many ways to balance this hero. They're just the product of my wild imagination. Also, I don't have the sample model for this hero but the image is already written in my mind and sadly, I am not talented when it comes to animations/Illustrations. Kage, The Shadow Trickster

Role: Assassin

Passive:

                Faked

                After a successful basic attack, a shadow of Kage will attack again one more time dealing (+80% Total Physical Attack) to the target. Cooldowns within 5s.

1st Skill:

                Deceit

                Kage blinks leaving a shadow illusion behind that deals (+80% Total Physical Attack) and attack enemies nearby. The illusion also activates his passive.

2nd Skill:

                Shadow Expertise

                Kage lurks into the shadow, burying himself in the ground, moving freely. Leaves a visible shadow but health bar and mini map icon will be hidden. Upon appearing in the ground again, his next basic attack will be enhance dealing 200(+200% Total Physical Attack). Last for 3s.

3rd Skill

                Cloud of Shadow

                Kage summons a cloud of shadow slowing enemies within the AoE by 20%. If Kage is within the cloud, his passive cd will be elliminated.

It's good but op.
Passive must have cool down, 5 seconds is enough. If the hero builds high attack speed, it's unbalanced.
Switch the second and ultimate skill. Second skill is more lethal.
Or don't switch it. Nerf the damage of second into 200%, then compensate the Cloud of Shadow. Give it a new effect that if Kage is in the Cloud, make his passive have no cooldown.

Overall, it's good.

I,too, is confused regarding with his ultimate skill. I can't think of good ult skill that compliments with the other skills. And after a very long time of desicion, I decided to just make it to silenced . Teehee
