The pict looks like a Dragon without a wing xD, and for the ult, you shouldn't make them teleports,  ...

-  There are many wingless dragons in many folklores around the globe, especially Asia and more specifically the Chinese dragon. They are called Wyrms.
-  His Ult is basically making the affected enemy heroes disappear from existence for certain time, and then they will come back again to the same location where the black hole was founded.

A hero from other moba have similar skill like that ult, he only teleported 1 enemy because basicly teleporting 2 or more heroes in the middle of war probably too OP. That's why i suggest you to change it.

Honestly, I don't know about this other hero of of different MOBA game. And again, it it will make the affected  enemy heroes disappear from existence and will not be available for the time period. Maybe they will gain movement speed buff for 1 sec after their return back to the map to get away from the their location.
