[Payment-Contact Customer Service] Bought diamonds, Switched accounts by unknown devices, Diamonds gone

I bought 1000 diamonds on 3-May-2021 via google play, today I logged in to find my diamonds missing. I discovered that a mail "Switching Accounts & Recent IAPs" in my mail, and also discovered that an unknown "vivo vivo 1904" had logged in to my account an 2021-05-08 23:12:16. I suspected that my moontoon account has been comprised,thus I have already changed my password. However, how do I get my diamonds back??

Contact customer service in-game and explain the situation. They'll be able to help you. Purchase-related issues are usually handled by them in-game. Make sure to secure your account as well.

You could try to cancel the payment through your bank to prevent the purchase from being formalized. You usually have a couple of days to do this, depending on your bank.

Anyway, report the case to customer service, because it can surely be solved if they access your account and see that there was a fraudulent login.

You can always buy your diamonds again or the report may eventually have your original diamonds returned.

I bought it with my prepaid mobile credit, not with a credit card, thank god. I have reported the case to the customer service, they weren't helpful, they would only help to get your account back. The spent diamonds and battle points will not be refunded.
