CRASHING ON LATEST UPDATE!!!

Is anyone else having this problem?

After the new update (), my phone hangs after a few seconds into the game. This actually happened earlier in the advance server (which I've already file a complaint with mlbb cs but have yet to get a response after giving my feedback). I'm currently using Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G (SM-N986B/DS) with Exynos 990. I think this happens with my phone only as I have a few other friends playing this but I'm the only one using this phone model and ther rest are all fine with their own phones.

The problem is still the same even after I've tried many ways.

1) Restarting the phone
2) Clearing cache
3) Clearing Data
4) Uninstall & reinstall the game

I have actually madea short screen recording on this problem but I can't seem to upload it here. Need someone to help me on this also

Sorry for the inconvenience. Does it crash only in adv server ? Might be due to server overload in adv servr, glad that u reported it to CS. Will be moving this to 'bug report' section. Hope it gets fixed soon.

No. Now it is happening in normal server. I just can't tap on anything after a few seconds into the game.

I have the same problem.
After login on game, 5 seconds later, the screen freeze and cant do anything.
This is happening since the Phoevus patch.
Cant do anything on game, and im losing daily rewards and stuff kike that.
Any answer to this???

Yes I feel you bro... luckily for me, I have another device I can log into. Otherwise I'll loose all that plus my daily crystal aurora subs...

Just asking, what ohine model you using? Same as mine?

Hi,

I am also currently facing this issue. 10 seconds after opening the game it freezes when updating/checking through the updates (the green orb that shows update progression). And nope, none of the generic tips for repair/reinstallation helps. Seems to affect a number of android phones.
