Hello has anyone had this problem also? I tried to login my account on my other device but I can't receive any verification code to my e-mail both of my 2 accounts my main and smurf

I did that too opening different method using my Facebook and moonton still did not receive nothing

Hey ! Try to sign in with a different method like through Facebook or with another bound account then u will for sure receive an email.

Yeah I waited for thr code but I haven’t receive any at all I checked the spam folder still did not see anything either

Have you waited a few minutes in your email after the code has been sent? Also try checking the spam folder

Hello!

Have you tried checking your spam mails and all mails to look for the email? If you still haven't found the verification code, could you try double checking your E-mail you're using is the one you used to register your moonton account with?

Yes I did checked on my email both inbox ,spam & junk messages and still did not receive anything both of my acc ID:661597427 and main acc. ID:213216206

Now I’m receiving the code but the problem now is it took more than an hour to receive the code and I can’t still open my account to my other device because it’s already expired….

I experience this one also, the code valid for 10 minutes but you will receive after an hour.
