Can’t receive any Sign-in Verification in e-mail

I guess there is a delay which should be fixed soon since it's not possible to sign in with a code that is valid for 10 minutes but receive it 1 hour later.
I believe moonton is already working on a fix.

I have experienced this since 5 days ago. Locked up from my own account. Can not report it to the customer service, sicne they don’t have the form.

I'm also experiencing this issue. Yesterday, I was receiving the confirmation email a few hours after. I've just receive bulk of emails today which I believe came from the times I tried to login last night.

I got to switch my acc now. Apparenty, receiving the code for yesterday's code seems to work as long as it is within 10 mins of receiving the email or idk i'm not sure but it worked!!

Switching accounts on 15.05.2021. was highly delayed so some of us missed many awards. Yesterday and today all works normal. GG Moonton
