I had 700+ promo diamonds from the 515 event

I purchased Layla S.A.B.E.R skin at a discounted price for 1 diamond. But I lost more than 600+ promo diamonds

Today I purchased Minsitthar "King of war" skin at a discounted price of 6 diamonds. It deducted 6 real diamonds + all promo diamonds available

Please help me

I'm sorry, but the purchase appears to be correct and you can't receive a refund of your promo diamonds.

The discount is made from your promo diamonds, so when you see "1 diamond" for purchase, what it actually means is that it deducts your promo diamonds and you pay 1 diamond to buy the skin.

600 promo diamonds are deducted as your discount from purchasing Layla SABER Skin

When you purchase a skin with your promo diamonds, you would see Coupons - Promo Diamonds when you make a purchase of the skin, so you only need 1 diamond to buy the skin if your promo diamonds was enough for the skin.

I'm sorry but it can't be reversed. The same happened to me and whilst I also contacted staff, they said it's irreversible.
On the day, I too checked that all were for 1 Dias and without realising that it's using promo dias(800+), I bought many.
However, at the same time I agree with you as it wasn't displayed at the best and many lost in similar ways.

My guy, you should look at your discount coupons. when I logged in I noticed everything was 1 diamond, but in reality, it was your promo diamond making the illusion.

You are correct. Poor me I realized it after using up all the promo diamonds
