Recharged 50 diamonds, waited 12 hours but still didn’t get them.
I would like to report maybe not a bug, but i don't know. I recharged 50 diamonds. I got a message in the game mail saying that the diamonds will get to my profile within 12 hours, even tho the following hours already passed and I didn't get any diamonds. I am looking forward getting either refund back or the diamonds i recharged. Thank you.

There's nothing we can do here. Customer Service would be best suited to assist you with this problem

Please contact customer service by tapping the headset icon on the top left corner of the main screen and then click on 4. Payment and Gifts Problem and click on 2. My payment went through but I didn't receive items and click on the link and fill out those information and if that does not help, please try contacting customer service via their email: mobilelegendsgame@moonton.com and a response from customer service may take up to 1-10 days.

Hello,

Besides the game freezing problem now I have a new one. I have 2 accounts both suffering from the same problem. Yesterday I was able to recharge/purchase diamonds but today each time I try to do a recharge, there is an error message. It says "You already own this item". How do I overcome this? This problem is affecting both my accounts. Please help.
