Account Hacked/Stolen

Can anyone help me retrieve back my stolen account? I have all the required info if needed... thank you, i’ve tried filling up the form already in customer service at game but still no reply.

Please do send an email to mobilelegendsgame@moonton.com and tell them that your accounts is hacked.
Kindly include below in your report:
-how your account was hacked
-your registered date & device
-the last time log in
-screenshot of first purchase receipt
-USER ID and Server ID
Do not send a report on the in-game customer service(headset' icon ingame) because the hacker may see it and other important information about your account.

It might take time please have patience and I hope you will have your account back soon.

I think there should be a forgot password option to recover the account if it was stolen by someone else

Reporting to customer care is a long and tiring process. We should create a suggestion post for account recovery through registered email and registered mobile number

My account was also hacked before. I emailed the problem to moonton and it really helped me. even though it takes some time and effort to reclaim the account, it really worth it. (・∀・)

Здравствуйте, мой аккаунт взломали,помогите пожалуйста, писал и на почту и через игру писали что ответят в течение 24 часов. Прошло уже 4 дня ответа так и нету
