I'm going through the same problem, they will only assist you through the mail mobilelegendsgame@moonton.com, in my case I was answered by bots, hope you run better luck mate.

Please input [Account hacked+your ID] in the title and content of the mail.
Then you will receive a form.

It's like the support is trolling me, I made a vídeo because it's unbelievable https://youtu.be/Fg8exZLhf-U they keep asking me for receipts after the account was hacked. Send me a PM please if you can somehow help me, they closed me the ticket three times for the same reason.

Guys, I need your help, someone login to my email and hacked my Moonton Account, he changed the email and the password and unbind my FB & Google Play that connected to the account, can you help me because the ingame CS didn't reply to my chat and my email haven't got any replies, I need to recover my acc ASAP, I got all the proof needed to prove that I'm the real owner to the account, including the first payment but with no order ID, the latest payment commited by me even my previous nickname and the date when I first register my acc. Please reply.

The game is stuck at the loading screen and you can't enter the game. If so, please input [Stuck in loading+your ID] in the title and content of the mail.
If you have any other problems, please tap the customer service button beside the Avatar in the game to contact us.
If your 3rd party account or connected email has been hacked, we suggest that you change the password at relevant platforms first.
If your Moonton account has been hacked, you can change password and connected email at Account Center.
If you still can log in your Moonton account and are sure about the account security, we strongly suggest that you enter Account Setting--Account Center. You can recover the account by yourself by only two steps!
Step 1: Disconnect the hacked 3rd party account via confirming Moonton account verification code in [3rd Party Account Disconnect Self-service].
Step 2: Disconnect other devices via confirming Moonton account verification code in [Sign Out All Devices].
