I'm not a bayantel user but pretty sure it internet traffic. Maybe, there's a lot of people using the internet on that day or specific time. If it still persist then contact your service provider to reset your ip.

Ganito din nangyayare sakin mula pumasok January. 2 weeks na ko ganito. 283-284ms mula start to end game. Dati smooth naman green lang lagi

You might as well migrate to Globe Telecom since it's the new owner of Bayantel and apply for Fiber connection.

My connection in house is Bayantel, kahit walang naka connect sa wifi hindi manlang umaabot below 100ms yung ping. Mas okay pa maglaro sa LTE Data Connection sa phone mababa lang ping boset nga eh hahaha
