i dont remember was it free or you still need to top up dias for  event , cus now they want you to top up 100dias minimum

Indeed Karina kof was free on the first kof release and last year as well, you only needed to redeem specific kof cards for free draws.
This year unfortunately it's not and you need to recharge an amount of diamonds in order to get 10 free draws.
Also, Guin and Dyroth kof skins were purchasable from the shop for around 1k diamonds if I'm not mistaken, as for now the only way to receive any kof skin is by participating in the event and completing a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line.

Yes the KOF Leona skin was free in the past. It would be great if they give us a KOF skin for free this year too.

But I don't think they will as they have already given us promo diamonds, new hero, recall effect, avatar border, nostalgia skin, etc.. for free
