I already have Leona, where is my random epic skin?

Basically, the rules state that if a player already has Karina's Leona skin, they would then get a random epic skin, and so, when I tried the 10x draw for the KoF 2.0 I was so shocked when I got Leona again!


Was this intentional? Is this a bug??
I'm not even sure if this is the right place to post this



if this is a bug, could I still claim that random epic skin? Please I need help

Hello, as per the rules, it states that you will only get a random epic skin if you already have Leona on your "First" 10x Draw. This means that you can get any skin event a repeat including KOF at any point.
However, at this stage I would require you to show some proof that it is your first 10x draw, if so I could then elevate the issue to my Lead.
