Passive-Vectors:
Every 10 sec, two "tentacles" will appear behind him (one on each leg) both of which will deal (+48% total magical damage) real damage each, to enemies in the range (medium).
while there is no enemy in the range (to attack), he will glide, dodging all the traps on the ground.


1skill-Sneak Attack:
Active:he advances to a location
Dealing 150/160/200/230/270/300(+80% total magical damage) real damage to enemies in front (> format).
Passive: reset passive.
Cooldown 12 mana 100


2skill-Folding Fan:
He casts the fan(vertical) dealing 60% slow for 1sec and 300/320/340/360/380/400(+100% total magical damage) magic damage to enemies hit.
Cooldown 8 mana 85


Ult-Seismic Grab:
Active:he "sucks" all enemies ahead
Close to him dealing 150(+70% total magical damage)
Then throws to back of him (a little away from him)
Dealing 200/300/390(+120% total magical damage) more magic damage.
Passive:restart 1skill
but with only half damage and deals magic damage.
Cooldown 40 mana 180

Tempestt

Interesting hero, he seems to be pretty mobile and on top of that has some CC as well, I'd say that he would work well in the current meta. I especially like his passive.
