He will spray water from his flower (which is on his jacket) at enemies in the area.
Dealing 260/270/390/404/470/490(+100% magic damage) magic damage and 20% slow for 0,8sec.
Increase Area
If 2skill is active.
Cooldown 2,4 mana 80


2skill-Scare Hilarious:
It launches a large special box in an area (4.8sec).
Every 1.20sec enemies step on the crate area
A clown will jump pushing enemies of the area
And dealing 120/130/150/160/190/280(+85% total magic damage) magic damage.
Cooldown 14 mana 100





Ult-Joy Explosion:
He will jump (while gaining 48% speed) laughing for 2sec
Then it will radiate an explosive energy (wine color) around it (large area)
Dealing 350/460/700(+120% total magic damage) magic damage
In enemies hit
And leaving them laughing standing in one place
during 1sec.
Cooldown 44 mana 120

Tempestt

The design reminds me a bit of Harley's joker skin, just in a more colorful way, haha. Definetly a good idea for a new mage, he just lacks of mobility a bit, although he gets movement speed from his ult. But I guess low mobility is a general problem for mages! Thanks for sharing once again!
