Hi Moonton and everyone out there,
First of all! I am contacting you through the email that was bind with my Mobile Legends account since day one I created my Moblie Legends acccount.
Secondly,
Moonton asked me to provide two details purchased done by using Google Pay center. Out of two, I provide one attaching screenshot. meaning I am making payments and still very strong proof of me being the account holder.
Since I can't provide one out of two. Moonton asked me for three receipts / purchased details and I manage to provide Moonton 2 out of 3 receipts. Still strongly proving me as a legit account holder. I have spent more than $4000 in Mobile Legends Bang Bang. So, why I am not getting responses from Mobile legends CS and providing me resolution.
And lastly, but not least, Don't call me "HERO" Moonton I use the heroes and its skins you created mostly by paying it. I am the Customer who is responsible to put food on your plate or table. Make sense?
Now please be more responsible for the customer issues. Especially to high-value accounts and account holders. Guys come together and fight for our rights. Moonton has all the in-game data and I have hundreds of purchased record and I see no reason for them to act like this
