[Account] Moonton CS is not helping me out to retrieve my Stolen account back.

Hi Moonton and everyone out there,

First of all! I am contacting you through the email that was bind with my Mobile Legends account since day one I created my Moblie Legends acccount.


Secondly,

Moonton asked me to provide two details purchased done by using Google Pay center. Out of two, I provide one attaching screenshot. meaning I am making payments and still very strong proof of me being the account holder.

Since I can't provide one out of two. Moonton asked me for three receipts / purchased details and I manage to provide Moonton 2 out of 3 receipts. Still strongly proving me as a legit account holder. I have spent more than $4000 in Mobile Legends Bang Bang. So, why I am not getting responses from Mobile legends CS and providing me resolution.

And lastly, but not least, Don't call me "HERO" Moonton I use the heroes and its skins you created mostly by paying it. I am the Customer who is responsible to put food on your plate or table. Make sense?


Now please be more responsible for the customer issues. Especially to high-value accounts and account holders. Guys come together and fight for our rights. Moonton has all the  in-game data and I have hundreds of purchased record and I see no reason for them to act like this

Thankfully One of the Moonton's CS managed to get me my ML back. I appreciate.

However, Comparing to all the other CS services I have experienced. ML CS is the worst in CS.

Reason: delay replies. Asking same information over and over again, Not reading the information provided by the customer carefully.

Again Thank you for the help but there's a lot to improve.

Now, I strongly believe Hacker must be one of CS. And they are stealing accounts and covering each other. This Mobile legends game and Platform are not safe as my experience. Guys abandon this kind of game. Lets spread the news and force them to treat their paying customer right

Hello, plz provide your details as asked by the moderator. Btw the CS have to be very careful to identify if you're the real owner of the account, since the hacker can also access your email and other details like even receipts. You have to understand, we're trying our best we could help.

That is a strong accusation my friend.

I know that you're feeling real bad right now because of what happened, but I urge you to really try and find that last receipt required by CS. Like what the other mods have mentioned, CS needs to be really careful and delicate with such things; as hackers have managed to trick CS into thinking that they are the owner of the accounts by making purchases themselves to fool the CS.

Also, include other information like your IP address commonly used by your account when you play it.

Ok! so why is Your CS or moderator is not replying. After all the details She asked to provide Screenshots and in written over and over again. You want proof I can give you. MY account is not something anyone can give away. I have spent $4000+ And I will take legal action if I have to expose you guys.

I am almost sure my hacking is done by your team and inside moonton.

It's been 10 days. My account was hacked on 2021-06-11. And where is your CS or moderator. I paying customers, I am not asking free account. Paying for starlight membership and skins heroes. And contacting the main Gmail account linked with the game. And this is how you guys going to treat us after I paid 1000s of dollars for this game?
