So I have submitted the filled form to retrieve my account. After 3 days I got reply from the CS ingame. Asked me about particular date receipts. I provided the receipts to which she said one was incorrect. I asked her the exact server corresponding to my country, but no reply in that. Instead kept asking me to provide the receipt.
On that particular date there were two purchases so i gave them both, but still says incorrect and closed the chat completely. how is this fair?
I have provided them my first and last purchase receipts, my account creation date, device model. was it not enough to prove me as the owner??
I have made bunch of purchases from google play, moogold, razer gold which i have all those receipts too.
I have invested soo much time and money in this in the last 2 and half years. Im literally losing my mind completely, couldn't eat and sleep because of this. im in trauma now.
And moonton is so chill about it. I tried contacting them in twitter, insta, email, discord, Facebook.. no response.
I just need my account back, please help me. This account means alot to me. I have worked so hard to build this account.
That imposter is destroying my account, unfollowing all my friends, deleting all album pictures, reducing my credit score, left my squad, changing the nick name,destroying my winrates.
Please help me retrieve it.
Please, any moderators or anyone who could convey my message to moonton or help me in any way??
