Passive - Energy Boost: activate during the first 5 minute of game time, refunds 15% energy spent on successful hit on any enemy units, after then during the 10 minute mark, refunds 10% energy spent on successful hit on any enemy units, and lastly on the 15 minute mark, refunds 5% energy spent on successful hit on any enemy units.

(passive do not stack, energy refunds decreases as game time goes on, basically the enchanted talisman equivalent for energy based heroes.)

Interesting item. Will be good for heroes like fanny, haya. Pro fanny players will surely make this OP.

I agree with seimz, this would be great for Fanny and Ling,  especially if they lose their blue buff. With this item they could still have an impact in the game.
