Account hacked again

This is hilarious and frustrating at the same time.
So few days back my account was stolen and recovered back with moonton's help.Really appreciate that help. Despite being very slow in replying.

But alas!! today again when i try to login it says no account data connected. I have binded all my accounts even secondary verification enabled. Then i checked the account retrieval and there it shows Facebook connected to others not mine.  
I don't understand how's this even possible after binding all my accounts and given that I have recovered my account few days back yet got hacked again.

Why are these people keeping eyes on my account, it doesn't even belong to them yet stealing other's account who worked hard for it, makes them happy?  
i feel like somehow one of the support helped the hacker to get the account. Since they might be from same country or friends.
When i try to use self service to retrieve it was only binded to different Facebook account and nothing else was binded.It was not possible to hack account with all the two factor, and secondary verification password too.
Somehow one of the customer support might be involved.

Also i have received a notification from customer support in Indonesian i supposed, somehow i guess its the notification from my hacked account coz when i open it doesn't show any reply from where i reported. I have attached the screenshot.

please help me report this.
Moonton please loook into this. please help me get back my account.
UPDATE-One of the customer support helped me recover my account. Thank you so much for that.
Seems like the first hacker sold my account to someone else and that person might somehow convinced the CS about purchasing it. This is really bad and disappointing also horrifying.

advice for you, if you are gonna bind it with your facebook account,
then make sure there is no one know your facebook account.
or simple action, just unbind your facebook, and bind it with moonton account is better.
create new email (gmail or yahoo) and bind it

There is a two factor authentication too.
Even there is a secondary verification password as well.
I don't know how is moonton handling this kind of security flaws

As you said you had 2-Factor authenticaiton ON, it would depend on your moonton or mail account connected thats receiving the code thats vulnerable.
Can you do a deep check on if its being used by someone else. (If its a google account, thats pretty easy to find out in your account settings.)
Secondly, you could try to change your binded moonton account and then reconenct all of the other social accounts provided that they are safe and secure.
Finally, as Tempestt said, contact Moonton via email or customer service to ensure that its all safe and good.

I have contacted them through email.
Even i have submitted this report through ingame but all reports were deleted. today when i checked it was all gone, i can only see new report menu. How is this happening?

Yes i did checked, Even for the email that i used for moonton account has two factor, and there was no login activity i could find.
All my bindings are gone now.

I feel like somehow one of the customer support is involved in recovering the account to the hacker. It could be because they belong to same country.

I can assure that it is not the case. As it a very serious matter, I have notified my lead about your case and hopefully i get some answer soon. In the meantime, could you please give your account details.

When my account was first hacked, the hacker sell it to someone else i guess and i recovered it back. But then again the hacker somehow get in touch with one of the customer support which could be his friend from same country.
