If you read the credit score rules, he will only be unable to play classic if his credit score gets below than 60.
He may be able to continue to play classic because his credit score has not been reduced enough to lower than 60.
He may have gotten 3 AFK and should've been reported for being AFK. After all, the rules say you will lose at least 5 points for each instance of AFK, Negative Performance, and feeding and you will lose at least 8-10 each time if you have multiple serious violations in a short period of time. However, short period of time is not defined in the rules and the player played once at a time, after hours of their previous violation. He would have lose at least 3-7 points if he is reported by multiple players and the violation is determined by the system as true.
Needless to say, he could still play classic matches until his credit score gets below 60. |
