[Hero Concept] Hero Concept: Tal the Contaminator

-  He is Marksman/Support Hero.

-  Through his skills, the player can contaminant the air to either decrease enemy heroes vision, releasing hallucinating effects to apply DOT or heavy showers to support ally heroes, and each one of those three has its own skill sets.


-  Passive Skill (The Contaminator)
-  Similar to Vale, the player has to choose a single effect in each one of his skills, but Tal will have 3 different effects instead of just 2 to choose from.
-  He will get a permenent new effect accourding to which 3 skill effects the player has been chosen:
*  3 Orange: Increase his basic attacking strength by 50%.
*  3 Red: He can cast his skills from long distance.
*  3 Blue: His cloud from 1st Blue skill will be permenent all the time instead of temporary.
*  2 A (a color)+ 1 B (another color): The higher color number will get 1-2 secs extra times in its effects.
*  1 Orange + 1 Red + 1 Blue : Increase his attacking speed by 15%.



-  1st Skill
.  CD is 8 secs
.  (Pollen)
*  Tal will fill his current postion with pollen, and will marked with Orange orb above it, and he can install up to 5 pollen spots at any given time.
*  They will not fade way after certain time, and they will stay there even after Tal goes away from them and/or his death. Only when an enemy hero steps on one of them, it will fade away when he goes out of it, but the longer he stays inside its zone, the stronger "Allergic Reaction" (that reaction will disable the infected enemy hero from casting his basic attacks) he will get.

.  (Spores)
*  Tal will fill his current postion with Fungi Spores, and will marked with Red orb above it, and he can install up to 5 spore spots at any given time.
*  They will not fade way after certain time, and they will stay there even after Tal goes away from them and/or his death. Only when an enemy hero steps on one of them, it will fade away when he goes out of it, but the longer he stays inside its zone, the stronger DOT (about 500 damage points for every 1 sec) he will get.

.  (Thunder Storm)  
*  Tal will summon Thunder Storm where he currently stands, and it will be marked by Blue orb above it, and he can install up to 1 thunder storm at any given time.
*  When an enemy hero come within close proximity from it, he will suffer from Fear and run in the opposite direction by force away from it. It will lasts 3 secs.
*  Also, he will summon small cloud that only he can ride, which it will increase his movement speed up to 20% on max stats, and he can normaly perform his basic and skill attacks while he is riding it. it will last for 3 secs.



-  2nd Skill
.  CD is 15 secs
.  (Sand Storm)
*  The player selects a nearby enemy hero within medium range, then Tal will hit that target with sandy storm, causing Blindless for 2 secs. During that time, that target will be unable to see any thing at all.
*  After that time past by, that target will decrease his targeting accuracy for another 2 secs (due to his eyes is irritating from that sand and his eyes are watery and can't see propably), meaning there is high chance to miss his tagerts while aiming with his skills.
*  So, the total skill effect will lasts for 4 secs.

.  (Biohazardous Shot)
*  The player selects a nearby enemy hero within medium range, then Tal will shoot that target with Pathogenic Shot.
*  All enemy targets, both creeps and heroes, that within close proximity from that infected enemy hero will also be infected as well. The more time they spent together this way, the more sever DOT will be on all of them. it will start small like 200 damage points per sec and could reach to 2000 damage points in higher gathering situations.
*  It will lasts 5 secs

.  (Hail Storm)
*  The player selects a nearby enemy hero within medium range, then Tal will summon a cloud above that target that rain on him Hail stones. That cloud will keep following that target until its timeout.
*  At the beginning, that cloud will be small in size and will slowly raining hails causing small damage, but it will get enlarged every 1 sec and increase its intensity of raing hail every 1 sec by 20% and damage will increase accourdingly.
*  It will lasts 5 secs.



-  Ultimate
.  CD is 22 secs
.  (Fog)
*  Tal will summon large Fog right in front of him, blocking the vision of all enemy heroes that are inside it from seeing Tal and his teammates. Also, Tal and his teammates will be invisible as long as they are inside it.
*  It will get enlarged in size every 1 sec and it will fade away after 5 secs of its summoning.

.  (Hallucinating Fumes)
*  Tal will summon large Hallucinating Fumes right in front of him. These fumes will make all enemy heroes that came in contact with it confused and will see Tal and his teammates (either they are inside or outside it) as if they are different heroes. For example, if Tal has vale as a teammate, the infected enemy heroes will see Tal as if Vale and vice versa, even when they casting their basic and skill attacks.
*  It will get enlarged in size every 1 sec and it will fade away after 5 secs of its summoning.

.  (Heavy Showers)
*  Tal will single target any hero nearby within medium range, even himself, then summon a gray cloud that raining heavy showers and will keep following that target wherever he goes. Also, at any time the player activates this skill, it will automatically applies one on Tal and another one on the targeted hero.
#  If it was Tal or his teammate: Increase his movement speed by 20%, attacking speed by 15%, magic defence by 10%.
#  If it was enemy hero: Deccrease his movement speed by 20%, attacking speed by 15%, magic defence by 10%.
*  it will lasts for 10 secs.

Good hero. Looks like helcurt skills but have simple design. This hero would be so cool with its new alternative design. Example: "Cobra Commander". But Mobile legends contain medieval style heroes (except heroes of eriditio have high technology). This hero will be "Lord of Abyss" in my opinion.

That's true, as Tal skills and outfit seems dark and corrupted, so he will belonging to the Abyss type.
