Moskov's buff

I am so happy they buffed Moskov's range, now he can't get outranged by other mm now, but I really want his ult damage to scale with distance instead of slowness smh, like, seriously, what is slowness gonna do when you hit enemy across the map?

Agree that his ult is useless and should scale with distance. But that would ruin the fact that other Moskov users secure their kill by using an ult by a hero that escaped and making this happen will uhh idk. Not unless the scaling is not too op enough and at the same time keeping the damage his ultimate had.
But his attack range is such a blessing for him because strategies that other players use is having good attack speed and using stun consecutively.
