Fix report system

Atm 373 points solo rank.
I had 3 times in a row afk in a team(-27 points). With 4% dmg, 0 kills and asists and 0 turret dmg. I checked their hystory they have 110 credit score and they are high in rank myth 3 and above.

They all trolled because mythic 5 picked their hero or stole their buff. In one case cyclop player(myth 5) stole lancelot(myth 3) buff 2 times in a row. I reported them both but neither of them got penalty.


I hate high myth players which gave up when low myth player troll and join im this behaviour. I hate report system which is there only for a decoration.

After reaching mythic 3, 80% of games I have trolls in team.  Troll picks... why give me guys in team that spam eudora, cyclop, vale etc. Give me once ex myth glory kagura,luo yi, lunox.

1/20 chance to get kagura luo yi and lunox player in team.  

1/40 chance to play a mage where I can play luo yi kagura or lunox.

Before  the game starts when u see odette main 3000 games only mage rip.

We forum mods only take care of the forum...and forwarding issues, bugs, suggestions and so on. I for one if I were to verify the reports...i think i would have hunt down every single report.
Problem with this report system is that it's just a system sadly...hopefuly the system will be improved in the future..

I have a suggestion just make it like it used to be 2 seasons ago. Not ideal but better than this nonexistent report system. Also I dont see a reason why should players do a work for game moderators. We are here to point issues before you and your job is to fix it.
Only reason I made this post is to support previous complaints on this forum and to show proof of moontoon incompetence to fix anything related to report system for more than a 2 years. They even made it worse by verbal abuse report system. What achievement to make trash report system even trashier.

Hello, but I’m sorry, your idea that we are game moderators are wrong. We can’t FIX anything, we are also regular players as well.

Our only job here is to enforce the rules of the forum, submit your suggestions and bug reports to developers, and like every users on this forum, we can post on every threads that we may have an opinion about.

Also, you can’t make a report thread on this Forum because we can’t handle that here, you have to do it with in-game Customer Service.

Customer Service are the game moderators you should be comtacting if you want to report players, we can’t do anything about fixing something that you want because we are also players, not game moderators.

I think the report system punishes based on multiple complaints not on every game. Probably that's the reason many people are escaping the punishment system.

If you have suggestions to improve the punishment system, I would recommend you to create a suggestion thread and post the idea there

If you have proof and want to report these players, you can create a report thread with proofs and all other required details

If you pass the problem to developers, in this case it's punishment system which doesn't work at all and they don't fix it, it means they don't care about PS and they won't fix it. Since there we MILLIONS of threads about complaining on system and millions of solutions and nothing changed, it is obvious Developers don't care.

Just tell members the truth, Developers won't fix punishment system and that's it. Complaiments will dissapear and everyone will be illusionaly happy.

When you pass something to THEM, THEY probably give back some answer. If they don't, it means they don't care and nothing will happend. Logicaly, isn't it?

After this experience I will make a break for a week. There was a time I was so frustrated that I gave up on this game for about half year. I tried other games in the meantime

Lucky for moontoon some mmorpg mobile games I played strated to be pay to win and I gave up on them.

I dont see a point anymore playing when you match me up with players that use onlly 1 role. I have spent money on 2 accounts in hope to see gamr imrove but no more. I like more laying in bed and playing games and moontoon was last hope.

But after this I decided to save money for good pc and then hopefulluly I will have more options.
