What happened to the punishment system? Why is no one getting punished for their negative gameplay nor low skill level?

Hello there,
This might seem similar to most of our users here but to make sure everyone knows that currently Moonton is doing its best to improve, from matchmaking to punishment system.
As you may know it can take some time to implement these improvements and ideas.
You suggestions are always forwarded to the staff and read by them, we as forum mods can't help much with similar cases besides forwarding your threads to the game developers.
Hopefully it's more understandable now and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience.

haha , up until last season I was still getting report mail feedback with the players I reported getting deducted with their credits but in this season I didn't get even one similar feedback.

just getting "Severaly Penalized"

if you complain here some moderators will say it's just "you're not luck" or "bad day", "don't play solo".

for all of them is a "bad day" so nothing to improve

don't lie, how do you know the developer is improving the punishment system? do you have proof?

as you said you are not a developer,
even the moderators are not directly related to the developer
