Can any mods send Valir's statue (I bought Star Member)?

I already asked at SAC and they only send BOT to talk to me
or send something, looking like they're making fun of my face

Hello and pardon me if I can’t solve your problem,

Purchasing Starlight does not come with the statue, you get the skin in level one, which you should be getting after you purchased.

You would need to reach level 60 in order to obtain the statue with starlight member.

However, if you do not reach level 60 before the month ends, you won’t be able to receive the statue.

If you did reach level 60 and did not receive the statue, please show us some proof so we can forward this to developers.

I bought Star Member because of the emoticon and the statue

I got everything

if it was just to have the Skin, I would have bought it at the shards store
(I don't like Bruno's chroma very much)

Have you perhaps not claimed any rewards from it, it would automatically be sent to your mail. After 60 days it will be deleted automatically.

According to the developers, you purchased the starlight on the last day of the month. As your starlight membership level had only reached 56, you wasn't able to obtain the statue.
