Active: She launches a neon projectile

Passive: each projectile increases its damage and range by 5%/10%(5 at first levels and 10 at last levels). max 3 times.

Active: She dash to target direction.
Being able (when the player presses again) to transform into neon (getting stuck in walls, on the ground, invocations and some allied skills) for 2sec (or until the player cancels), gaining invisibility and immunity to CC (cannot attack).
She can enter Neon Explosion, traveling inside it around the map and increasing damage by 10%(and 2% allies skills and invocation).Stack 2.
