[Complaint] WHY SO SLOW! MOONTON CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

Hi guys! I am in a really bad mood right now, if you have check today's post, I am the person who got my id hacker by an indonesia player. I have do what the forum suggested before, apply for the application of account stolen, send email to the moonton, complaint in customer services and more further. But, what do I get the respond from them? NOTHING! IT IS SO SLOW! I have to consider a lot, I am anxious, I can't even relax from the begin until now. I have to check my account again and again, I worry the person will change everything of my account, I found out it start to change my profile picture, even the personal album and at the end is my account id. Come on! I purchase those skin by paying it by my own, I can't say I spend more than those are rich person who pay more than me. Yet I also spend at least more than 1K of dollars in my account! It convert to Malaysia ringgit at least to be 5K Myr maybe more! What do I get when I need the customer service help?!

No respond, no reply. I am waiting from morning until night, log in my temporary account again and again to wait for CS to find me. NO ONE IS THERE! I HAVE TO WATCH ALL THE PROGRESS THOSE HACKER START TO INSERT THEIR PERSONAL PICTURE ON MY ACCOUNT. IT MAKES ME THINK OF THE CS WANT TO WAIT MY STOLEN ACCOUNT CHANGE EVERTHING INCLUDE OF THE NAME, MAKE IT EVEN MYSELF CANT RECOGNISE MY OWN ACCOUNT, THEN THEY CONTACT ME?! HUH!

I KNOW CS IS BUSY, BUT IS THAT BUSY EVEN A MESSAGE ALSO DONT REPLY FOR ME, HEY! I REALLY FEEL UNSECURE! I M START TO BE DISSAPOINTING AND DESPAIR ABOUT IT! I ALSO THINKING OF IF I COULDNT GET BY OF MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT, I WILL QUIT THIS GAME FOREVER! IT JUST TOO DISSAPOINTED THAT I PUT MY HOPE OF CS, AND I GET MY ACCOUNT STILL HACKED, INFORMATION OF MY ACCOUNT IS NOT ME ANYMORE, EVERYTHING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT IS BECOME STRANGE FOR ME, AND MY FREIND EVEN CANT RECOGNIZE ME AT THE END!

WHEN! WHEN! I CAN GET BACK MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I would suggest you to protect your email account or fb or vk which is connected to your account by changing their password. The hacker might have gained access to your moonton account by hacking them.

I would also recommend you to have patience because it might take few days for getting reply from customer service.

If you have your purchase receipts and other details asked by customer service, then you have good chance of recovering your account quickly

if an attacker has access to your email, they can login through email or reset the password of Moonton account by accessing the verification email sent by Moonton. They can also login through other 3rd party accounts like FB, VK if they hacked them too

thats mean your moonton your vk acc are not so secure are so vulnerable geez.lucky im not sign any of those acc i just stick to google coz i already tighten acc

This is also my problem. There are times when the customer service cannot understand your concern. Not sure if it is because of their limited English vocabulary or they lack training and therefore are not familiar with some of our in-game concerns.

This hard to communicate with CS. I try to ask them to help me bind my email with the stolen account. It did tell me to log in the my stolen account and bind a new third party account, and there will clear the hacker mt account from the stolen account. But I tell them of my situation of I cant log in the stolen account even with the third party account. It turn back to which mailbox do I need to clear for mt, fb, gg!? I mean I want to ask the point and the point of CS given is totally different...… Or am I miss up something of their meaning (progression to return my account)?
I am very frustrated.... I feel I m talk with the system CS but not a live CS..... This been a week since I seek the help from last Sunday until now.... Very dissapointing....Come on.....It seem to be useless even I provide the information.... i ask the question and it dont answer my question?????
