[Other Bug Report] Frozen Heroes and Negative Diamonds

To put it short, for awhile now I have refunded a mass amount of diamonds that was bought on my account. I noticed that my Heroes are now frozen, and that my diamonds are negative. I'm wondering on how to get my diamonds back to the positive and unfreeze my Heroes, as I had gone and bought an Apple Gift Card to satisfy the negatives.

Do you have to play consecutively? If not, then it still is not letting me.
If yes, I’ve nearly finished playing 5 rounds of Classic

Hi @jihyunah

for the negative diamonds problem, you have to recharge diamonds as much as your negative diamonds
if your diamonds is -275, then you have to recharge 275 diamonds too and later your diamond will be 0 and your heroes will be unlocked

Ah, I have been trying to recharge but it says that my account is in danger, and that I’d have to contact Customer Service.

try playing classic mode at least 5-7 matches
you can use the available weekly free hero rotation, then try again to recharge
